…D-day is Sunday 8th of October 2017 @ 10 Degrees Event Centre
Preparations are now at feverish point for the all-embracing maiden edition of the innovative Top Society Man of the Year Award. The award, an initiative of top flight general interest and soft sell magazine, Top Society Magazine, is out to celebrate Nigerians and indeed Africans in general, who have excelled in their various fields of endeavour, with a view to further encouraging and inspiring others in their fields and callings, to do even more than the prospective winners at the maiden edition.

It is planned to be an annual event, specifically aimed at recognizing and honouring Africa’s illustrious sons and daughters around the globe, especially those who have meritoriously distinguished themselves in selfless, visible and verifiable humanitarian services. It is an event geared towards challenging Nigerians,  Africans for better nation-building through recognition of dint of hard work, resilience and remarkable achievements.

Already, nominees of different categories have been drawn and the excitement is already in the air. Politicians, top government functionaries, captains of industries, entertainers, socialites, religious leaders, educationists are all expected to grace the epoch making event billed to hold at the expansive 10 Degrees Event Centre, on Billingsway, Oregun Lagos, on Sunday 8th October 2017, starting with the Red Carpet at 3 PM; Event Proper 5 PM.

Several side attractions like music, cultural display, comedy etc. have been penciled down to make the event a memorable one.

Some of the guests expected to grace the Award Ceremony include Sir Tony Elumelu – Chairman UBA, His Excellency, Sen. Benedict Ayade- Executive Governor  Cross Rivers State, His Excellency, Sen. Jibrilla Bindow- Executive Governor Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa- Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly, Mr. Femi Adesina-Special Adviser on Media & Publicity to President  Buhari.

There will equally be a lecture with the theme “Nigeria Economy: Diversification the Way Forward” which will be delivered by Prof. Pat Utomi CEO / Founder, Centre for Value in Leadership and Prof. Ralph Akinfeleye Managing Director, Unilag FM as Speakers.
