A fully loaded petrol tanker exploded in Gombe metropolis in northern Nigeria on Saturday, April 13, killing several people and burning several cars.
Eyewitnesses said the explosion occurred after the tanker was involved in an accident with a truck carrying bottled water.
Officials of the Nigerian Red Cross Society took away the burned bodies of victims of the explosion.
At least 10 people have reportedly died when a petroleum tanker exploded on Saturday, April 13 afternoon in Gombe state.
According to reports the tanker, which was fully loaded with petrol, collided with another truck that was carrying bottled water along Gombe southern bypass.
