First City Monument Bank Limited says it is committed to its expansion plan and has opened a new branch for business in Gbagada, a major city in Lagos State.
The bank said the development was in line with its plan to make its operation accessible to its customers and members of the general public.
In a statement released on Sunday, the lender said, “The location of the branch takes into consideration convenience for the FCMB customers and other people living in Gbagada, Shomolu, Anthony, Ogudu, Oworoshoki, Bariga, Akoka and the environs.”
The Vice-President, Branch Management and Trade Services, FCMB, Mr. Oluwakayode Adigun, was quoted as saying, “We are pleased to establish a presence in the neighbourhood, as part of our continued retail drive.
“This is not just another branch as each of the FCMB’s new branches brings with it, something special in terms of structure, aesthetics and above all, the excellent customer experience, to be provided by an excellent team of services.”
The FCMB is planning to grow its retail banking this year substantially by adding over 600,000 customers to the existing 3.2 million clients.
